This 3-piece dining set; 2 buffets and a table, were made using claro walnut veneer from the same “flitch” (same tree, same area of same tree, identical features). This allowed for the same features to be displayed across the front of both cabinets as well as the table top.  It also allows for the “waterfall” corners of un-interrupted woodgrain.

The 54 x 54, 4 leaf table features 24 x 24 black granite center and opens onto extendable supports to 84 x 84, comfortably seating 12+.  The string inley seen when the table is open is made up of holly and Gabon ebony.

All 3 pieces are finished with a “natural” oil stain and multiple coats of non-toxic, water based lacquer top coat.
